Scholar Minds Talk (Zoom): Martin Rolfs (M&B Faculty, HU Berlin)

“Growing Up in Science - Berlin”. Please register!

We, in Scholar Minds, are happy to announce the kick-off of the monthly talk series Growing up in Science - Berlin for the winter semester of 2021/2022. Attached you can find the program for this semester.

In every talk, we feature a scholar's story focusing on doubts, struggles, detours, failures, and successes throughout all career stages. The primary goal is not to offer classical career advice but to examine in some depth and in the context of a broader narrative the hidden human factors of working in academia. To know more about the rationale behind Growing up in Science talks, please have a look at this article.

Next up, we will hear from Prof. Dr. Martin Rolfs who is a psychologist and Heisenberg professor for experimental psychology, active perception and cognition at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
